CORY COLLINS
Veteran, US Army
Cory was born in Ohio and raised in Texas. After high school, he chased his childhood dream of becoming an American warrior by enlisting in the U.S. Army as an infantryman. He has been stationed all over the world including being deployed to the Middle East in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom. In 2007 Cory was retired from the Army due to injuries sustained in combat. Unfortunately, in 2010 Cory had to have his left leg amputated due to the severity of his combat injury. Since his retirement, Cory has been a dedicated volunteer with Purple Heart Homes, and is now the co-host of The UXO show. He is also the proud owner of Twisted Metal Fabrications where he employs, mentors, and reconnects with other Veterans.
