CHIEF MARKETING OFFICER

A Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) is responsible for overseeing the planning, development and execution of an organization's marketing and advertising initiatives. CLIENT SERVICES ADVISOR

The Client Service Advisor will perform a variety of tasks depending on the needs of clients requesting assistance from Operation Decisive Victory (ODV). This will include answering phone calls, conducting initial screening of clients, collecting supporting documents, building case files and maintaining communication with the client throughout
the case management cycle. This position serves as the voice of ODV when dealing directly with veterans, first
responders and their families.

BRAND AMBASSADOR
National
The Brand Ambassador (BA) will perform a variety of public relations tasks for Operation Decisive Victory (ODV). BAs are the face and voice of ODV. The primary responsibility of the BA is building a network of approved resources for veterans and their families. The Brand Ambassadors need to work together with other ODV departments to achieve goals and objectives of advocating, educating, and empowering our veteran and first responder communities.
